It’s HERE…HCG Arrived on Day 10

Well it’s here! I went outside this morning and my package from HCG Diet Direct was sitting on my front porch. I’m a little nervous because this means it’s almost time to actually start following all the rules and they’re really, really strict. But I’m thinking positively and telling you right now…I’m going to do it!

Lisa didn’t get her package yet, but I assume she’ll get it tomorrow. We still have a few days before the actual “start day” for the diet that we agreed upon so we don’t have to worry about it yet. We’ve both recommitted to following all of the oral HCG protocol after our (alright “MY”) slight nervous breakdown yesterday. I’ve decided to quit eavesdropping on HCG dieting forums until I know the actual oral HCG protocol because apparently there are different versions and I’m probably confusing myself.

Anyway…not that it’s HERE I don’t need to be worried about being confused about the various information outlets. I’ve got my order; oral HCG protocol included. It seems easy. Well, I mean, using the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula seems easy. It’s an oral drop. You take it 3 times a day and hold it under your tongue for 15 seconds before you swallow it. 15 minutes before and after you take it you can’t eat or drink anything. And that’s that.

Then I also got the B-Total Sublingual. It’s got a similar dropper of its own. I take it only once a day and hold it under my tongue for 30 seconds instead of 15. It’s a vitamin supplement according to the bottle and also according to the bottle it’s liquid energy. It sounds amazing. I’m hoping it lives up to its packaging. If it does I’m going to want to get a lot more to keep around the house for emergencies.

I thought it was interesting that in addition to the daily use suggested on the bottle it says, “In addition, use under periods of stress or prior to physical activity, if needed.” So that’s good to know. I’ll have to keep in mind. Maybe my little brothers won’t be able to catch me when they force me to play flag football this Thanksgiving. They’ve made it an annual tradition. The entire point of the game is to grab my flags as soon as possible rather than blocking any point making plays. Ugh. But I love them, anyway.

Now that I’m shared with you the beginnings of my “package is here” frenzy I’m off to dive in to the oral HCG protocol that was included. I can’t wait to get all the rules straight in my head so I can quit worrying about it. Watch for more info tomorrow in Article 11!
